  The host came up to me immediately upon entering and greeted me. When ordering the host was patient & helpful. After receiving my food the host accidentally gave me someone else's food( my name was on the outside of the bag but someone else's name was on the inside). The host got it corrected and apologized. Food was excellent. The inside was neat and clean but was dark to bring my disabled husband into. Overall, experience was positive. Will be back again because those traditional wings and French fries 😋. Delicious.

  I’ve been to this Buffalo Wild Wings for carry out on four occasions, on every occasion my food is either incorrect or missing. The team is understanding and is willing to fix however, they are happy handing me the order without having checked when bagging. Very frustrating.

  The boldheaded manager doesn't know how to keep his Eye straight. Looked at me with disrespect and a mad face and had a very bad attitude. Wouldn't recommend talking to that guy at all. Foods good, just bad aditutes and mean faces everyone looked miserable.

  Went in there yesterday around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. They had a special 1999 for two people. We added five wings each drank a couple of beers and our bill was $57.99 The wings were at least two hours old. It was like chewing on beef jerky. We both got coleslaw, which was a dollar extra and you could actually tell where they took one of the coleslaw's took half of that out and put it in the other one so the two coleslaws ended up to be one coleslaw split in half We complained and I asked the manager how do you cook these wings? Do you parboil them first he said yeah we recently started par boiling them and then we fry them for three minutes before we bring them out to you. They had no juice no flavor. they were absolutely awful for a place that specializes in wings that is ridiculous.

  Came in for carry out, front area was packed with people blocking the door but nobody up front offering assistance or guiding guests. Plenty of open tables and nobody there to help. That's fine, I'm there to pick up, so I go to stand by the pick up counter where it takes a while for anyone to even see me. Finally they get me the order and it's sad. 40$ and a 10ct wing bundle where the wings are as tiny as my pinky, cheese curds might as well be a 10ct and just about the same size. Only decent thing was my partner's Cauliflower wings were fairly full. Aside from that was incredibly disappointing. Put through a contact via the website and hoping it's rectified.
