  Ordered food online at 9:50pm..went to the store at 10pm..and was met by a manager that proceeded to scold me that they close at 10 not 11 like the store hours state..I said ok..then she told me we dont have any food..had to get a refund online..didn't catch her name but she was a loud white lady with fake glittery eyelashes..plainly States 5am-11pm on Friday and saturday.

  Ordered using their horrible AI 45 minutes before closing. I saw employees leaving but thought surely someone had to still be in the store. Nope, waited 10 minutes and no one greeted me at the window. No one was in the store at all. Super disappointing and unprofessional.

  The self order kiosks are very hard to use. They need to copy the ones at McDonald or just not have them.

  Had to wait in the drive thru for an hour. Trying to get breakfast it changed to lunch as soon as I got up there.

  This Bojangles store at 109 Bo Tire place have worst customer service went in today around 1pm I didn’t want to use the Kiosk so employee did take my order very Reluctantly, I use this location when they first opened they were trying to make everybody happy being in a new location, but now they’ve been open several months and they’re the rudest people in the world don’t matter what time a day you go in there they’re the worst!!!
