- AAAdi Andrews4 days ago3.0Food and Atmosphere were ok but the attitude of the manager was horrible! I complained to corporate about that manager and her ridiculous excuses as to why she couldn't make my food properly. Especially since I've worked at Dunkin in the past many times and at different stores. She was rude and talking about her new trainees. If you don't have customers because you pissed them off over a simple request, you all won't be working. Never will I ever go back to Dunkin especially this one with this obnoxious manager who is "in charge" of this establishment.

Just went to the pickup counter and walked out, terrible attitude, food is ok! But need to see the service attitude! I remember they used to have 2-3 ladies who were very enthusiastic and cheerful, always welcoming me every time I came! But it seems they are all gone! Will try to come back again, but if they are not cheerful then you should go to the nearby starbucks! The staff there are very cheerful and enthusiastic!
