  Worst customer service around. Was given a latte with no coffee in it after waiting for 15 min.

  The old lady who works the drive thru is INSANELY rude. They also don’t allow you to add on whip cream after you forgot to add it even though you said you’d pay for it is crazy and I’ve never heard of them doing that until now. -10/10 experience. The coffee is also always so bitter and nasty like they let the coffee sit for hours and then still serve it to you. So make you don’t forget your whip cream guys

  Terrible service. Do children operate this business? That’s what’s it seems like. Painfully slow and horrible at their jobs. Would never come here again.

  Theanager today is Very Rude. I'd tell you her name but she refused to give it, hid her tag when I asked. I bought books, the cashier has a cart of books that were not shelved, she asked me if I'd like to look through them. I was doing that and had picked some out when said manager came over and jumped me for looking at them. She said she would also get into the cashier. I had not and would not make a mess if the books. Both myself and the cashier told her that I had permission to do this. No excuse for rudeness. I asked if rudeness was a policy to be a manager here.
