- HTHairy Tornado3 days ago1.0Rude employees that act annoyed with basic requests. Out of steak and vinaigrette dressing. 7pm on a weekday and food is old and crusty. This location has a 2.9 star rating and they deserve every bit of it.

Didn’t say one word, didn’t look at us or give us baskets, just packed it up in a bag and then walked off. Other workers texting on their phones right out in the open. Unfortunately today wasn’t the first time I’ve seen this behavior. It’s disappointing compared to what the atmosphere used to be like. Managers: Hold your team to a higher standard.

They asked the cashier how they were doing, and if they were having a good day, and they just nodded at me. Food was decent, but I’ve had better at other Chipotle locations. They were out of fajita veggies, and as I went to the end of the line they brought out a fresh batch and the employee didn’t even ask if they wanted to put some in my Bowl so I just left it be. Management is obviously lacking at this location.
