I was stuck in this drive through line for over 20 minutes before I even ordered. I couldn’t drive away because of the brick wall setup of this place. I wasn’t planning to spend this much time and have to be somewhere. Once I got to the window the employees were sweet, but didn’t apologize for the wait. I should have gone to the Saluda pointe location.

I've been to many Chick-fil-As but I usually eat inside so I've never spent through the outdoor line before. Once your order is taken you go right around the corner and your meal is ready You barely have time to stop at the door to pick up your meal. They had two lanes going around the building. Spicy chicken sandwich was good, the waffle fries like always are really good., for me they're a little bit dry but ketchup helps, I like them

It is annoying enough that they dont fill the food containers all the way, something i didnt realize until I visited other locations, but the worst part of this location is how they let your food go cold on their pick up rack. They will literally stand there having a conversation while you stare at your food sitting on the rack. Its genuinely baffling 😂 today I asked if it was ready bc I could literally see it, and they acted irritated and set it down on the counter with a huff. Like be fr lmao. Its always like this here, been coming here for years but not anymore its totally worth the drive to avoid it. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to saluda springs its SO much better, both in food quality and service. (Especially service)
