You know it will be busy on Saturday morning. This is unexceptionable. Staff your restaurant appropriately if you would like folks to come back.

While we got our order we still had to wait in line for at least 15-20 more mins to leave bc the first car didn’t receive there’s yet.

I understand if it was much later but I placed my online order well before 10:30 but because of traffic I was one minute late. I normally have a good experience here but i am definitely reconsidering going to this location anymore.
