  The team and management are phenomenal. I've never had a bad experience here and if you like Bojangles food then you'll love this store. They treat every order with the upmost care. I submitted an online order for pickup during a lunch break from my job and ended up not being able to pick it up until hours later when I got off work for the day and they REMADE my entire order for me. They didn't have to do that but they did, and that's what makes them stand above the rest. I appreciate them for their effort and will always be coming back here.

  Just stopped here for one of their new Triple Double Biscuits. Issued for March Madness, I would like to see it as a permanent meny item. Sausage, bacon, egg, and 2 slices of cheese on a crunchy Bo biscuit. Awesome sandwich.

  Food was great, but service was almost nonexistent. Server was nice but didn't do well with greeting. Took a long time for the server to take our order and we were the only ones in line. Then took a while to get food out to us. We weren't given an explanation of why it's taking so long.

  DISGUSTING. This place needs to be shut down. Unsanitary. Employees did NOT wash hands. Sticking their fingers in food. Oh, and no one even acknowledged us waiting to order.

  The woman doing drive-thru/handing out the food around 4:40 was so sweet. The fries were fresh and the tea was good.
