This time I waited 10 minutes in a 3-car line and they told us all to go park and they would bring it out. 12 more minutes later, they bring the food out. No apology for the wait. Almost as if that’s normal. Then the “Bojangler” sandwich had been over-microwaved and was tougher than the chicken. Threw it away. Half the dirty rice was crunchy and cold. Not room temp cold either. Cold. Crunchy ike they scraped it up off the sides. Just horrible. After all that time waiting you would think the food would have been fresh. I spent $20+ for 2 meals we managed to eat a few fries and part of a piece of chicken.
