  They ran out of roast beef 3 hrs before closing I got a chicken sandwich instead and it was awful! Overcooked and dry. Very disappointing

  Stopped for lunch with my dad! Best Arby's always. The burger was AMAZING!! Thank you guys for great service and food! Miss it there.

  Picked up two dinners, one was a Meat and 3 box and the other a Fish sandwich and curly fries along with a milk shake. Meat was a chicken sandwich, 2/3 of which was thrown away because the bun was burned and the chicken hard and dry. The fish in the fish sandwich was a piece so long it stuck out of each end of the bun almost an inch but so skinny there was on each side bun with no meat. Fries were normal and drinks good. Even though we didn’t get any roast beef sandwiches enough sauce packages put in bags we will not run out for a while. Got 6 packages of Horsey sauce, 5 packs of Arby's sauce and 2 ketchup packs. Would have preferred an eatable dinner.

  Order not correct. Burnt and sloppy food. Overcooked curly fries. Called, drove back to the restaurant, walked in to return the order. Asked to speak with the cook to ask if HE would eat that food he made but manager would not bring that person to the counter. Sad that people have lost their values of actually caring about doing their job right. Shame on them 😡
