I have never been more disappointed in a fast food restaurant EVER. Me and my boyfriend went here around 9:00 pm, he ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was covered in an absurd amount of sauce. We think this was done on purpose because first, this doesn't look accidental, second, the lady working the drive though had a major attitude with us from the start. I'm aware today is Easter and no one wants to work on a holiday, but that doesn't give anyone the right to disrespect someone food they paid for. An additional note, we were the only people in the drive through, it's not like they were being rushed from our understanding. Also, we're aware the lady working the drive though didn't make the sandwich, but she still had an attitude and was rude.

Waited in the drive-through for 2 minutes before anyone allowed me to place an order. I placed an order for a Italian Beef Combo and a Double Roast Beef Combo at 8:08pm. Was told to pull around to the front and they'd bring the food out once I reached the window. I waited patiently until 8:25pm when I walked into the store and asked for my food. The associate Keiana was stocking sauces and stopped to ask for my ticket. I gave it to here and she looked back under the heat lamp and saw my sandwiches sitting there. I asked her if the food was hot and told her I didn't want cold food. She stated it was "kind of still warm". As I'm asking her to refire my order, the girl who took my order, came from the back and informed me that they would not do that because, EVEN THOUGH MY FOOD SAT FOR OVER 15 MINUTES, the heat lamp kept my food hot!! Poor Keiana walked over to get my fries and the same young lady who took my order, says, "Oh, we had to drop fries, so we forgot you were waiting". I looked at her and said " that's what the survey is for ". Honestly, I worked all day, got off late and all I wanted was a hot meal so I left it at that. When I got home and tried to eat the food, I was sickened at what I was sold. I could not even eat it as it was literally smashed and looked absolutely disgusting! I want my money back and I tried calling up there, but got no answer. 0 out of 10, I will not return to this location for any reason other than a refund! Don't waste your time or money.

This is a good and convenient location to stop and get a meal. Nice quick service. Hot food. Good job!
