  The food is always good when the order is right which is why I gave one star. The service is awful. The employees are rude. Not the large fry I ordered either but I do not even want to talk to the employees about it. The ice machine did not work and I asked the lady behind the counter for ice and she responded why do I have to get you ice.

  I have gone to this Taco Bell a few times, first time was a 45 minute wait for two tacos, second time was at 8:45pm and the employee laughed at the order kiosk said they were “closed” so I drove around and seen the employee sitting on the counter chatting with other employees. Third time and last time, 8:30pm went to order kiosk with no response from employee, waited, employee responded with “we is closed early, you can leave”

  So let me start by saying, I have never and will never walk into a Taco Bell expecting Chick-fil-A level service. That’s not the brand. It’s supposed to be cheap food, fast… maybe even “regret it later” fast. Fine. Expectations managed. But this location in Leesville? That’s not low expectations, that’s no expectations. I drove 30+ minutes because it’s the closest option near Walmart. Pulled up around 9:30 PM, and in hindsight, the empty parking lot should’ve been my first warning sign. Not a soul in sight. I hit the speaker. The automated voice asks about mobile ordering. I say “no,” and then here comes the customer service masterpiece: “ “We AiN’t TaKiN No OrDeRs, MoBiLe OrDeRs OnLy”.” No explanation. No courtesy. No attempt to even pretend to care. So I respond, “Okay, attitude that’s going to put this place out of business.” And without missing a beat the speak belts back: “OkAy, ThAt’S fInE.” Honestly… impressive. Not in a good way, but impressive. At this point, it’s fair to ask: is management unaware, or just uninterested? Because there is no way behavior like this hasn’t shown itself before. Either it was obvious in the interview and ignored, or standards are just that low. Out of curiosity, I checked the reviews. And wow, this isn’t a one-off. It’s a pattern. Months of the same complaints, same attitude, same experience… and zero change. I left and went to Cook Out, where I was greeted like I actually mattered, which, apparently, is a wild concept across the street. At this point, it’s simple: either fix it or shut it down. This isn’t 2020 anymore. Customers have options, and businesses that act like this don’t survive long. Do better, or don’t be surprised when people stop showing up altogether.

  went to the batesburg Leesville location around 1230 place was locked people in the parking lot waiting not sure why so I went to cookout as I get my food in the drive thru the taco bell employee walks out of cookout, this is the reason the batesburg location sucks, the employees don't care what they serve, the management is non existent and I'm sure it's understaffed because I think there was only one person working and that's why it was locked because they were eating lunch somewhere else.

  So rude! Worst experience I’ve had through any drive tru. The lady didnt even know what was a corn tortilla vs flour. I kept asking her I wanted a corn tortilla, she didnt know what the difference was, when I asked “can I have the taco in your corn tortilla shell she said: “comes with the tortilla you see in the picture”. I asked if it was a corn tortilla she said she didnt know.
