While waiting I had observed several customers complaining that they had been there for about 30 minutes. Once I received my food I went to go fix my drinks. The drink area was a mess with lids, straws and napkins all over the counter and covered with what looked like coke. 1 out of 4 of the ordering kiosks where out of service. One of the employee's child was running around in the store front and climbing on the check out counter with her shoes on.... nothing was said to the child by any of the employees. I had also observed one what looked like a manager standing in the way not doing anything but texting on his phone. Once I had gotten my food and started to leave my girlfriend notice the fries where cold and stale. If I could put a 0 on here I would

Then magically, they hand me a cup of coffee, barely warm, and tasted 2 days old. I will never stop here again. McDonald's reached out, wanting more info. The automated reply system seems so warm and caring..NOT. The automated system makes you choose all kinds of irrelevant stuff, just so you can leave a comment that isn't really read. As soon as I sent those choices, I received an email telling me about nutrition. I am so done with McDonalds
