I've been to this one several times in the past month and, every time I've been there, they always get my orders wrong... MULTIPLE missing food and drink items, noncompliant to correct their mistakes and refusals to refund my money!! Not only is the service bad but, whoever is cooking there really needs to go to cooking school!!! Nasty, just plain nasty!!!! Needless to say, I will endure the travel time to go to Greenville SC when I want McDonald's food!!!

- ECErin CortezDec 5, 20251.0I went to leave feedback about this location on the link that the owners replied to others with, and after trying to submit it 5 different times it still won't go through so I'm looking for some help. Every time I go to this McDonald's the workers are doing absolutely nothing. It can even be just barely past 9pm sometimes and the doors are locked and they won't answer the drive through but when you pull around, they're all just sitting in the lobby. One time when they surprisingly didn't have the doors locked when I came to pick up a mobile order, they told me they weren't going to make the cookies (by choice, not because they were out), and just gave a cold not even heated up apple pie and refused to refund the difference or take the apple pie back and just refund the whole order, so literally got scammed. I hope someone can get back to me or the website can be fixed :(
