Placed an order online to pickup. Arrived and parked in the designated spot and confirmed online that I had arrived. They was no other customers there when I parked. No one in line or inside the restaurant. After about 10 minutes a few cars was in the drive through line. I waited 40 minutes, watching several cars get their food and leave. One car ordered but eventually left after waiting a while for the line to move. I watched a woman go through the drive through and then have to pull up and wait for her order. She ended up going in and getting it and was still in and out in half of the time I was there. After 40 minutes I walked inside and told them I had placed an order online and they had just then started getting it ready. It wasn't a big order. An 8 piece family box. This was the second time getting food from here and unfortunately I also had to wait a long time when I visited the first time. The food was good but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous and that alone makes me want to go elsewhere to eat.

The food is fine! My dilemma every time I go there and I order curbside I end up waiting a long time and then having to go in the store to get my food. I will not order curbside anymore. I will order my food on the app and choose to go through the drive-through to pick it up from now on.

Wow, I was really impressed with their expertise! They really knew their stuff and answered all my questions with ease. It's clear they've got a deep understanding of the topic at hand. Waited in restaurant 30 mins for the little girl running register up front to stand around while our food had been ready, she up there just standing around like she had nothing to do and when you pay over 40$ you want your meal, what you pay for not half ass!! They always smashing our biscuits by putting stuff on top of them and when we get home they a mess! Thing about it is, we come here all the time and get the same thing everytime... If you don't wanna do your job right go home and sit around instead, save your gas!
