If I could give zero stars I would !!!! I went inside with only two ppl in line and waited ten mins without even being serviced went to the window and it was the same thing!!! Fire everybody and hire a DEPENDABLE CREW !!!!

I was in bojangle yesterday and this lady was being so rude to Layla(hope I spelled it correctly). She was calling her all types of names. she tried so hard to ignore her but the lady kept going. Apparently Layla was having a medical issue and stepped away from the front. There wasnt a manager at the store which didnt help but the store handled it at peaceful as possible even being short handed.

I work at a Bojangles so it’s outrageous that going to this one that the food is cold and sloppy at 10 in the morning after asking for it fresh

Placed an order online to pickup. Arrived and parked in the designated spot and confirmed online that I had arrived. They was no other customers there when I parked. No one in line or inside the restaurant. After about 10 minutes a few cars was in the drive through line. I waited 40 minutes, watching several cars get their food and leave. One car ordered but eventually left after waiting a while for the line to move. I watched a woman go through the drive through and then have to pull up and wait for her order. She ended up going in and getting it and was still in and out in half of the time I was there. After 40 minutes I walked inside and told them I had placed an order online and they had just then started getting it ready. It wasn't a big order. An 8 piece family box. This was the second time getting food from here and unfortunately I also had to wait a long time when I visited the first time. The food was good but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous and that alone makes me want to go elsewhere to eat.

The food is fine! My dilemma every time I go there and I order curbside I end up waiting a long time and then having to go in the store to get my food. I will not order curbside anymore. I will order my food on the app and choose to go through the drive-through to pick it up from now on.
