- MAMadison Addis6 days ago2.0Had a busy day, and wasn't able to get to chick-fil-a until 9:50, (they don't close until 10). Ordered a sandwich meal, and tried to order mac-n-cheese as a side, but was told that they are "currently out" of it, and offered fries instead..... I come to this chick-fil-a all the time, they're never "out" of something, but sometimes, they just don't want to go the extra mile to make more food, and to make their customers happy.... Very unsatisfied with my visit.

It happens more than half the time, and it’s crazy to ever say anything bad about CFA… so please, have your employees put sauces people order in the bag. 😑
