    This place is an absolute joke. If you value your time STAY AWAY from this place. Why would you pull someone into a parking spot to wait 10 minute for a single roast beef sandwich? Oh wait, it's called being lazy. This place has to have the laziest manager ever. Otherwise this would not be tolerated. 100% I will not support this business every again. Take a little pride in what pays you or stay home and stay broke!!

    The Arby's app & online ordering gives VERY limited options to modify your food, so why when you go to pick it up, the employees at this location won't allow you to modify it then either?! So let me get this straight Arby's: you want me to pay...but not for what I want, but for what Arby's wants me to have? Absurd. There's so many other places one could choose to eat, but every time we decide to give Arby's a go again, they always seem to have some new stupidness going on. Also, we ordered 2 large fries...but because we didn't remember to touch "add ketchup packets" when ordering online, you refused to provide any...not even one...at the window "due to a shortage." Are you serious?! How STUPID is all of this?! And how customer friendly & customer service driven is any of it?! Exactly...it's not! Y'all continue to suck and to bring the Laurens location down.

    I've eaten at Arby's for decades, first bad food. I ate it so not expecting anything. Fish sandwich was cold, not lukewarm, maybe colder than tomatoes. Tasted like it was left on counter without heat lamps for hours. Potato cakes were hot so it wasn't the drive home (2 miles). Again, i have had 100's of Arby's, never bad and I ate this one. Please just do better.

    Food was good and is consistently good. Very quiet for a restaurant. Lady brought out our food was very pleasant.
