  We order online and pick up an order maybe once every couple weeks. The last 2 times we ordered the pizza was so oily it adhered itself to the cardboard. The kids didn't mind but this not acceptable so we won't be using this location anymore. Specifically the last time I picked up an order a young girl had me pay. When she noticed I did not give her a tip for a to go order... She could see on the computer that my order was finished in the hot box instead of handing it over and letting me go about my merry way. She walks off to the floor, and talks with another worker for about 3 minutes then walks to the back side away from the Togo counter. I wait patiently for the manager to bring the person waiting in front if me her order and then he proceeds to handle us all in a orderly fashion. Once he gets to me I tell him my name and he grabs my order from the hot box and apologized for the wait. As I watched her peek around the corner I simply said thanks. Im not going to argue about waiting for 15 minutes bc some lil girl thinks shes entitled to a tip or something. I will however let you all know if we were dining in a tip would be customary. A Togo order is just that to go. As someone who worked at this specific location as a teenager im appalled at her behavior and customer service. You dont play with people's food.

  Our waitress Roselyn was awesome, very friendly and attentive. Food was good.

  You can tell the manager takes pride in his job. Timely preparing my order and everything was correct and delicious!
