Customer service was poor. Rude, charged too much because their system was down and charged $8:00 for a small m&m blast and a small chocolate shake.

Came here to get my wife a medium fresh fries with cheese sticks and this is what they call a medium “fresh” fries!!!!!

This is by far the nastiest Sonic I’ve ever been to. One female employee had long hair hanging out of her hat and even saw it laying across the food prep area when she lend up against counter. No gloves are worn, and I watched workers touch their faces, noses—even scratch themselves—before handling food. Absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, the orders are rarely correct. Today, I ordered a simple burger with no onions or pickles and a tea. Somehow, it still came with onions and pickles. It shouldn’t be this hard to get right.
Employees were on their phones, walking around like they were on break, and one guy had his hoodie pulled over his Sonic hat while scratching his ear near food. Completely gross.
This place needs serious management and training. Please do better.

I love their food always great the wait time is there biggest downfall. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food. You better have nothing but time on your hands if you go here. The young lady that waited on us was very manageable and so sweet. Our food was cold because of the wait, we didn't want to wait no longer. We took it home and heated it. Which it is much better when served hot. They need to hire more people
