  Pizza Inn is always a treat. The pizzas are tasty and satisfy the whole family. Prices are reasonable.

  Carrigan was our waitress and we received far better service than we typically get at most full service restaurants. She was very pleasant cheerful and made sure we didn’t wait for anything at all. We don’t make it to Lancaster very often and I especially wanted to come to Pizza Inn. The food was better than I remembered and the service was absolutely top notch. 10/10 will be back!!

  The salad on the salad bar was brown. We asked if they could bring fresh salad out. So the guy comes out with a fresh bag of salad then dumps the old on top. Gross!! The floor was awful. Trash and food everywhere. We saw at least 8-10 employees standing around doing nothing. I blame manager on duty. Tell your employees to go sweep, clean salad bar, do something. Just terrible. Do better Pizza Inn. This restaurant is going downhill quick.

  This location needs some work. Maybe we just have bad timing but every time we come the pizza is hard and old, the chocolate chip desert pizza is ALWAYS dry and over cooked which is the main reason we even come. I even requested a fresh one that wasn’t burned last night and they literally brought another bad one out to replace it with. Lol. Pickles and boiled eggs all in the pineapples and they never changed it/cleaned it the whole time we were there. Trash all in the floor, bathroom stalls aren’t very private at all, can see right in them. Whole place needs a revamp and better cooks. But the servers are always nice so I give them that.
