I placed a to go order through the app and when I walked in (after the app said everything was ready) nothing was ready and my ticket was stuck to a metal board in the back with several others. Its insane how they're operating their togo orders. They basically ignore them until someone shows up and they ask, "oh is this yours? Ok we will make it now." It needs to be reevaluated how they process in-house to go orders. I'll do drive thru in the future and even then that'll probably take the same amount of time.
