I never had a bad experience with dunkin. The staff is always so nice and friendly and welcoming. From the gentleman that handled my dozen donuts to the curly headed lady with the bright smile and the manager with the excellent customer service to the barista with the pink and blue in her hair serving up a perfectly crafted refresher and coffee drinks, it really has become one of my favorite spots. Lancaster needs to appreciate the people that serve them the best they can so we don’t run off a good business. People walk in to a smile and walk out with one.

I purchased a sourdough toast egg and bacon sandwich. I usually love this sandwich but it is supposed to be toasted. And 4 little tiny pieces of fat, pure fat on the sandwich with only one of those having any inkling of bacon in it. Disgusting. If you don't have bacon, don't charge me for it. I don't recommend this particular site. Other Dynk I ns have made this sandwich right.

With all the to go orders and drive through orders they are not staffed to handle inside orders. I waited in line for a very long time watching the employees filling drive through and online orders. This restaurant is severely understaffed. I’m a paying customer that left the restaurant because no one would take my order or even say will be with you shortly. The gentleman in front on me finally had his order taken, which was a regular coffee and then he was still waited when i decided to give up and leave. Just sad that the franchise owners or managers don’t put the same energy into people who actually come in with cash to place an order.
