I waited in line for a very long time watching the employees filling drive through and online orders. This restaurant is severely understaffed. I’m a paying customer that left the restaurant because no one would take my order or even say will be with you shortly. The gentleman in front on me finally had his order taken, which was a regular coffee and then he was still waited when i decided to give up and leave. Just sad that the franchise owners or managers don’t put the same energy into people who actually come in with cash to place an order.

Extremely nasty. They were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Hope management will look into these.
