  On April 6, They forgot my double order of breadsticks for my delivery order. I called in at 7:15pm and they indicated they would deliver the missing food to me. Two hours later at 9:15, I had not received the breadsticks and called the store; couldn’t get anyone to answer so I drove up there and they had closed. Next morning I go by to get my money back. The manager guy seemed confused and didn’t appear to really care. Noteworthy is that he said they don’t close until 10pm. Guess management isn’t ensuring the store is running properly then. I’ve long been a loyal customer but I will not be using Pizza Hut again. I’ll go with my local Dominos or Papa John’s from now on. This is Pizza Hut in Lake Wylie, SC next to Food Lion.

  Went to pick up my order on a Friday night. You walk in and the phone is on silent, you can see the red flashing that calls are coming in. They are purposely not answering the phone. We receive our order in double the time it said it would take on the app. Get home 7 min down the road the pizza was not what we ordered and cold. (Clearly we were given someone else’s old burnt pizza). They failed to cut the cheese sticks correctly, so we have a cheese brick. Look at the reviews the fake reviews are all 5 star. This place should be shut down. What a shady “owner” to place all these fake reviews for the failing business. All the 1 star reviews are the true ones. You are better off not eating than eating here.

  Worst service and comunication,I've ever had,will not ever order from the lake Wylie location ever again, and will continue to post about the awful experience over and over again
