I wanted to grab a sandwich and have a picnic at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden. I ordered a vegetarian sub and requested the chipotle sauce on the side. I was highly disappointed when I unwrapped the package. The bread was hard, cold, not room temperature but cold. It did not appear to have been freshly made today. It didn’t taste fresh. The chipotle sauce was in the sandwich and not on the side as requested, and the sauce made part of the bread soggy and I absolutely HATE wet, soggy bread! That is why I asked for it on the side. The bread that wasn’t soggy crumbled all over me with the few bites I took. I looked into the bag to grab a napkin… not ONE napkin was in the bag! I can’t make this up! I looked around for a candid camera, because this was insane. Thank God, I carry hand wipes in my car so I was able to use that. When I tell you I was over it! I balled up the wrapper and tossed the sandwich! I will not go back to that location again!
