  There was a line but, it moved quickly. Friendly staff, food was pretty good. Restaurant was clean. Absolutely no complaints.

  Everything is amazing. The managers always apologize and never get mad at the customers when they are being difficult. The food is good and fresh and the atmosphere is friendly.

  Ordered a steak burrito and chicken bowl online. Rice in both was either under cooked (crunchy) or old and dried out. Meat portions were extremely small in both, especially in the steak burrito. Took it back immediately for a refund which was no problem but the night manager offered no apology.

  Went in for lunch today after seeing the advertised Carne Asada Bowl, which was shown as medium rare. Looked like the meat was fresh What I received did not match the limited-time item at all. The meat was well done and hard to chew. The chips were extremely stale as well. I’d rather go to Moe’s—their chips are free and fresh, and the meat is much better. First time, rather disappointing.

  Had never been to a Chipotle until now. My son and I visited during the lunch rush so we were hurried through. Again both of us had never been to a Chipotle before so unfortunately my portions were very small and I didn't choose much, there just wasn't time to ask what the different choices were, so I paid a lot for a very little 'bowl'. It was not a full meal. But the food was fine, not so great that I will ever be back however. My son got a soda as well. Don't, it's over $3 for a regular soda. The atmosphere is a cafeteria style so we decided just to take the food home.
