  Pulled up to the menu/speaker at the drive thru and was told I had to go inside to order. No explanation given. I couldn’t go in due to my disability. No food.

  The drive thru was not open . What’s the point of a fast food restaurant if there’s no drive thru. It was very cold inside . I asked for a beef burrito supreme no tomato and they gave me just an onion burrito with nothing but cheese and lettuce. And then I was waiting for a long time . Get it together .
