Last night my mobile order took forever (understandable on a busy night), and Marcus went out of his way to apologize and promised me a free meal next time. Today the place was SLAMMED. Long line in the drive thru, clearly understaffed, everyone running around like crazy. I almost felt guilty bringing up the free meal promise because they were so busy, but I asked anyway. Marcus didn’t even blink, smiled, said “Of course, I got you,” and had my whole order ready in literally under 5 minutes. He was still super friendly even while juggling a million things. That kind of follow-through and positive attitude when it’s chaotic is rare. Marcus turned what could’ve been two bad visits into a reason I’ll keep coming back. Give this man a raise!
