    Online it says they're open til 1am... I've been sitting here waiting for 20minutes no one is saying anything on the intercom this is the 2nd time this has happened. Please up date your hours if they are not correct... it says Mondays open til 1am....

    I went to the Lake City location and order a small coffee and got to the window to be handed a “hot” coffee with a soft drink lid with a straw with no for warning and with no explanation. Owners please check on your stores often. And the repeating of the orders at the window by the customers because orders are being cleared on the screens before they are filled is a bit much time after time. Please help us receive a McDonald experience that’s on the commercials. Employees that are invested in the vision of McDonald are the employees that will provide great customer service. Thank you in advance for your attention to these matters.

    If I order curbside service then that’s what I expect to get. I should not have to go in the store to get my order. All for the employees to tell me they thought someone brought it out!!! How if you looking at it??? Service is always horrible here. They need to get it together!!

    Been sitting in drive thru for 10 mins right now...apparently they are only taking mobile app orders...lazy lazy lazy looks like yall need a manager....leaving this establishment...Wendy's is where I am eating tonight I don't need a mobile app to order there

    Me and my Boyfriend arrived at McDonald’s on Sunday at 11:08 pm, I had a mobile order and was behind one car in line. The car infront of me waited 40 minutes until their order was finally taken. We eventually pulled up but no one ever answered so we thought maybe if we got into the other lane they would answer and take our code… but then the screens turned off. We pulled around and saw 3 workers sitting at the table in the dining area through the window.. so basically you’re telling me I sat here for over an hour with three workers who could’ve done their job and actually took my code and gave me the food I payed and waited for ? Online it says they close at 1AM and the screens turned off at 12AM. I had my mobile order in since 11:08PM, and never got it.. seriouslyyyyy do better.
