While I waited 45 minutes for my order, and people steadily flowing in and out of the drive thru line, the staff laughed because I finally came inside to ask how much longer. The dining area and drink area is filthy. The manager was rude and attempted to act like she was doing something, but i saw nothing. People who came inside to order stood in line and were not even acknowledged and ultimately ended up leaving without food. Two girls stood at the window talking about their weekend plans, one other lady was trying to fill Door Dash orders for a man that waited just as long as I did, or close to it. Two cooks wandered around like they didn't have a clue what they were supposed to be doing. An elderly lady, not in a uniform, but had an apron on, did nothing but eat straight from the prep counter. Every surface I touch was sticky, the front counter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in who knows when. After all this, the order was incorrect, but they thought the 6 "free" bo berry biscuits would right their wrong. And to really put the cherry on top!! They ran my credit card for $65 twice. Thanks Capital One for letting me know that piece of news.

It was not good all the way and she told the man in the back which cost me to wait another 20 minutes just for a bacon biscuit and he was sitting there fussing all this bacons cut down. I'm a licensed stylus and the heck with this kind of attitude. Better be glad you have a job because artificial intelligence will be taken care of everybody and about 15 years. What happened to the days when a customer's right? Especially when she shows you the flabby bacon. That's not cooked all the way
