  I’ve called the store 5 times to check on my food, no call back or answer, I had an online order that was placed since 12:30 still haven’t gotten my food and it’s 2:49 am , if my food doesn’t come it’s getting token up to hq!

  Start with I tried ordering in the app which wouldn't work, so we went inside. Ordered using the kiosk which did not provide us with a receipt. While standing waiting I observed what I was told was the manager (and young hispanic/latina woman) yelling at a young man who works there carrying food to customers. She was rude as can be every time he told her he needed something. All somethings that SHE left out of the orders as she was the one bagging the food. Get to my order and see theres two sandwiches missing from my order as well. And what do you know, she's nasty to him again when he tells her he needs the sandwiches. Kudos to this young man bc I would have dropped everything and walked out and told her to clean up her own mess since she wants to he so nasty. In all this young man was the only thing decent about this experience.

  Gave me the wrong breakfast order and charged me more. They corrected the charge when i called.

  Visited during a morning rush and service was pretty slow overall. While others seemed distracted by their phones (someone was literally on FaceTime) or arguing with each other, the man with the red beard at the cash register was the only one really hustling. He was running around trying to keep up with orders and clearly working hard to keep things moving. Just wanted to give him a shoutout - he deserves it.

  I asked for 3 burgers, no pickles. They printed the labels NO PICKLES for only 2 of them. All 3 came with pickles. When you reheat one of these burgers with pickles, it becomes so hot that it burns your mouth. Not a pleasant experience. The guy taking my ordering ran off in a huff because he couldn't figure out the machine, someone came to fix it without saying hello. Another person just standing behind the guy taking the order. I guess someone being trained. No "Sorry, there's an issue with the machine, give me one moment please" just gone. It took 2, or 3, people to take my order and they got it wrong.
