It gave me the opportunity to go inside and to meet an extremely nice young man named AJ - who helped me with my order. Pleasant people always make the day better. 🙂

First of all when I am placing my order in the drive through I can’t even finish my order because the Cashier Keonte continues to interrupt me saying “ok pull forward.” I then pull up to the window to which I am missing a coffee and I have a coupon for a buy when get one which Keonte then said I need to buy ANOTHER. Which that was later clarified. Keonte then tells me to pull forward I got 1 coffee and not the other and also did not get donuts. Then I look back and see Keonte is giving the couple behind us our order which was already placed in their car in their hands. Not very sanitary if I do say so myself since those donuts were then given to me. I am very disappointed in this lack of service and disrespect.

Today they disappointed me, they were to deliver doughnuts to my job for Valentines day. They didn't deliver the doughnuts and when we called about it, there excuse was they were closed already even though we ordered and paid in advance. This is how they think of there customers when they don't feel like making a delivery or meeting a obligation to people excepting doughnuts when they come in to work and let down of news that they didn't deliver them. Shame on you Krispy Kreme and your poor customer service.
