The biscuits tastes like they just made them and have them sitting in the warmer for a long time so it makes it faster for them to serve the food but little do they know it's nasty it's nasty when it's not fresh biscuit was very dark everything just was hard and nasty.

To ask about it the lady said "what you want me to do about it? Have door dash come pick it up?" She was very rude and defensive and would not own up to not packing the food as ordered, like she was trying to blame door dash. All door dash does is pick up the food, they dont put it in the bag. THATS YOUR JOB🫵!

The very nice manager turned around and asked the cook whose name is Shay (sp?) if she can make me one. She rudely and quickly said no then dismissed me and walk away like I had inconvenienced her. I'm still leaving a great review but someone needs to talk to her and tell her that's not how you treat a customer. Best wishes!
