  My overall experience was satisfactory, despite making some modifications to my order. The items arrived in the correct condition. However, the establishment should prioritize maintaining cleanliness of the tables.

  Chick Fil A has gone down big time, especially at this location. On many occasions the employees have been really rude and unhelpful. And it seems like the management really doesn’t care. I called today and voiced my concerns about how the milkshakes they are making are basically watery and melted. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and the girl was very rude and unhelpful. She basically told me there’s nothing they can do about that. When I suggested they make the milkshakes properly so it isn’t so watery she basically wrote me off and said “we’ll make note of that feedback” with a nasty attitude and then hung up. I’m so sick and tired of dealing with these employees on Ladson rd, and I’m just going to stop ordering from Chick fil A all together. They used to be known for their outstanding customer service and now i get better service at Mc. Donald’s. It’s a real shame. I hope they can get some new employees that actually care about their customers rather than these immature kids who really don’t give a crap.

  The drive thru is completely confusing. The mobile line sign look like there are two lanes as you pull in, but it takes you to the parking lot. I watched a dozen cars get confused and have to drive all back around to the correct spot. I know it might make sense to you, but from a customer point of view, it doesn't.

  I never really had an issue till today. I was grabbing food before work. I put in a mobile order got my food got into the parking lot at work and noticed I was missing my sandwich. I work 12hr shift and I’m unable to leave. I called the store 8 times and corporate who isn’t worth anything either. No one answered at the store and corporate can’t even get ahold of their own stores. I was told they would start the process for a refund but will take up to 2-3 days. I asked since they have delivery drivers in store if they could just fix it since that was my food for tonight. They said no they don’t do that and they can’t call out from corporate. Food is always good but their unorganized ways of things are ridiculous.
