Head to our Kiawah Island ice cream shop and dig into any of our euphoric Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavors in the way the first scoops were served up by Ben and Jerry back in 1978. Come enjoy a freshly baked waffle cone, shake or sundae with your favorite flavors.
My family and I visit Kiawah often and were there this weekend celebrating a birthday. We visited Ben and Jerry’s last night with our 3 young kids and experienced the most rude, unprofessional young man we have ever encountered in a customer service setting. He barked at us when we walked up to make a decision and was extremely condescending to my husband while placing our order. My husband asked him if he was ok because we were so taken back by his attitude and poor treatment. I also made a comment about his behavior but it was ignored. We almost walked out but our kids were so excited for ice cream. The ice cream was delicious but unfortunately, we will never be back. I don’t understand why someone who is so unhappy would work in a place visited by many happy, respectful families. I hope the owners will take note. This is a poor brand reflection.

I live in kiawah and always enjoy coming here, during the summer the lines are out the door! Definitely a little more pricey but that’s what you get when you’re on an island with premium ice cream being offered to you.

Ice cream good. Service not. Workers take no pride in giving good service. Very rude and just want to get you through the line.
