- CACharlie’s AngelMar 22, 20261.0The dinning room really needs to be cleaned. All the tables to be wiped down really bad, floor to be swept really bad. Bathrooms are dirty too. Someone needs to be hired to just maintain the dinning room. Come on….do better I know they can.

My husband and I went and got a chicken biscuit and chicken sandwich combos. Got to the window to pay, was not greeted, the cashier demanded payment, which was higher than the amount we were told at the order box. We were then told to pull up behind 3 more cars that were already waiting for food and were told they were waiting on bo rounds. Told the lady we did not order them and she said for us to pull up and slammed the door. So we pull up, wait about 20 minutes until finally our order was brought to us, the food was ice cold, the drinks were wrong. There was no reason other than laziness why our food was cold and it took so long to get. My first experience with this establishment was horrid. I am absolutely amazed that this place is still even open for business after reading review after review of how bad the food quality and service is. Whoever is the general or district manager of this one particular Bojangles needs to seriously get this place in order.
