I have no idea, but the fact that they prominently display a large breakfast sign at the front and they do not actually serve breakfast is a pretty big issue. Whoever the owner is does not actually care about the location. I am guessing it would be maybe 500 to $1,000 maximum to change the plastic in their sign to not proclaim that they sell breakfast.
