You’ve got team member standing around catting with one another and a full pony of customers waiting on orders. One person working the register and the assembly line at the same time. Who ever manages this store should be fired along with 90% of the staff.

The first two times there was absolutely none. This third time there was hardly any. The drive-through employees are always incredibly rude. I get that McDonald’s has a low standard anyway, but my experience has been so bad that it’s worth writing a review and never ever going to this location again. Don’t waste your time. They will go out of their way to make it a bad experience, hoping that the line will decrease so they don’t have to work if I’m being honest. And I don’t mean to be ugly. I worked in the service industry for years. People forget that it’s not hard to just do things right and be polite. Makes the day go by quicker and easier.
