I assume she was a manager but yelling at staff and customers was wild. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes before I was asked if I was helped. I gave my name and was told my order I placed 2 hours ago for pick up wasn't ready yet. I asked for a refund and the woman with pink hair got a real nasty attitude about it. If I could I'd give zero stars. The manager of this location needs to be replaced if thats how she treats people.
