  This was my first experience at this restaurant and I ordered 3 Oreo blizzards for me and my kids. When I got to the window the ice cream was all over the sides of the cups and I stated to the drive through server “ this is kind of messy” she looked at me and said “I’m sorry we are just kind of busy” and slams the drive thru door shut in my face and walks away. This was totally disrespectful and lacked customer service. I was not offered a drink carrier, lid, napkins etc and didn’t even receive a receipt. I understand being busy but I would’ve rather waited a little bit to get high quality presentation and better service. Next time I’ll just follow my first mind and go to Sonics! If I could rate 0 that would definitely be my rating.

  dairy queen grill leaves me drooling and chilled. get it dairy queen grill and chill, haha. i have always loved dairy queen grill and chill, it has been a great place for me my whole life. i got married here, got divorced here, lost my virginity here. i have my choclate milk shake. i shake the milk choclate

  I have always been treated kindly. If something is not correct, anyone will be happy to fix it and make it right as long as it is within the realm of reality. Just be kind and show respect the staff will more than reciprocate.

  My husband and I came in to grab lunch and the workers are absolutely careless. We ate our meal I went up to ask for our ice cream we had ordered I got nothing but attitude from the worker in the back and when I told her the flavors she gave me the wrong one then blamed me for it being in the system wrong and I just “changed my mind” when we had both ordered the same thing. Never been to a place with such attitude and disrespect from a fast food worker. Blows my mind how bothered they are by doing their job and how they treat paying customers.
