  I came in to pick up an order and the customer service was simply amazing. The atmosphere was great.

  Went to purchase a pizza and stood there waiting while the waitress bought candy apples from a van that had came in to sell there. I was completely ignored as she looked all through the apples and after choosing some she decided to buy more as i stood there with not a word or welcome from her, finally feeling totally disrespected i told her she was being very rude and left. So instead of waiting on your customers your to busy looking at candy to feed yourself, WOW. Horrible service. This occured 3/30/26 between 7:15-7:30 pm

  My order was wrong I ordered a large meat lovers pizza they gave me a mushroom pizza I reached out to the store linsay or linzy however it’s spelled was very unapologetic and kept referring me to talk to door dash even though it was an issue on there end I’m very disappointed Pizza Hut a great spot but very rude management

  This is by far the best pizza hut. Great customer service food is hot and delicious every time. Candice is a wonderful kind friendly and caring manager. Keep up the great work

  My order was wrong and not only can I not get anyone to answer I can’t get refunded or the correct pizza and the customer service department also didn’t fix the issue. After tip I’m out $30 and have a pizza covered in toppings I don’t eat.
