  The service is horrible in this establishment. The young staff plays amongst each other and there is very minimal customer service.

  This location is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever come across & I’ve been to many in other states. I tried to order at the window & the young lady sound like she was playing around gave her my code 5 times while waiting I heard a loud scream then a soft “sorry what was your code again” I then proceeded to try to go inside to see if it’ll be better NOPE! I was meet by the manager & boy did she have a very nasty unprofessional attitude. I once again tried my code with her which by that time for some reason the code had expired. She then proceeded to take my phone out my hand & noo I’m not going for that had she ask to see my phone for my code I would have showed her. She then said in a rude tone “what is it you trying to order” i placed my order with her & while pulling my card out I asked for my total she said “you can’t see the total down there on your side” from my understanding she’s supposed to read me my order back to be sure it’s correct & present me with my total. “ she said no I don’t” at this point I said it’s ok you can cancel the order I’ll take my money elsewhere. She felt the need to say “well go ahead with your mad self” I just smiled at her & said you all have a great day. She begin to get loud as I was leaving. I asked nicely what was it ma’am that has you such in a bad mood I asked was she having a good day are you ok. Just asking because I get it we all are human she then rolled her eyes without saying anything. There were people in the lobby I apologize to those behind me & exited. Looking at all the many bad reviews before mine seems like some serious action needs to happen at this location immediately it’s pass due for it.

  all we ordered was a large Coke and a large fry. We sat in line for about 20 minutes. Most of the workers were on their phones, and they barely had anybody there.

  I see why these fight videos at face food places are all over social media. The rude manager at this place wanted me to react to her comments after making me wait 35 minutes for a stupid mobile app order. Her sarcastic have a good day snarl was classic. Mine always will better because she works there and I don't.

  This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to in my life it is always inconsistent. The food is always cold or something is missing out of the bag. I cannot tell you how many times I have picked up food from here and there’s something missing out of the bag or the cheeseburgers were burnt or the whole order which is completely wrong. Not to mention, I spend about 40 minutes in the drive-through every time I come here. This is my son‘s favorite place to eat so unfortunately, I’m here a lot but I am always disappointed just about all the time. I’m always promised a free fry or a free pie or something and it’s and I never get it. The ladies here are rude and act like they don’t wanna do their job most of the time. Today was the final straw for me. I will be driving the extra mile to go to a different McDonald’s for now on. This really upsets me because I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since I was a kid and it has definitely gone downhill.
