- MRMs. Rozzz3 days ago3.0I ordered through DoorDash and had one of the strangest drive-thru experiences ever. As soon as I pulled up, I was told to hold. I explained it was a DoorDash order and was told to pull around. When I got to the window, there was zero customer service — no greeting, no communication, just my drink handed to me while I sat there waiting. The manager stared at me through the window without saying a word. When I rolled my window down, she questioned whether the order was for me — twice — as if she didn’t believe me. Then she said they had to “weigh it.” The entire interaction felt awkward and unwelcoming. No napkins. No thank you. No have a nice day. Very disappointing. I won’t return to this location
