- DCDavid CastleJan 4, 20261.0My second time coming to this location on Broad River Road and they double charge my mobile order try to get my refund and of course they can’t do anything except for me to contact corporate. Wendy’s employees need to be retrained on how to accept orders and payments. Not to mention I get home and my order isn’t even right.
- KRKieran RichDec 30, 20255.0The only thing I ever get at Wendy's is their chili - which I crave when it gets cold. The Wendy's that is so close to our home, makes a fantastic chili. They are rarely busy and I also appreciate how polite the entire staff is.
