  Extremely disappointed with the service here. We pre-ordered to save time, but the store canceled our order because they were out of chips. We went in and re-ordered, only to wait 30 minutes while they didn't even start our food. We eventually gave up and asked to cancel, but we were just charged $30 anyway. Terrible communication and now I'm stuck fighting for a refund for food I never received.

  The Health Nut Smoothie and the Jamaican Jerk Wrap are two of my favorite things in life. Ordering these two items together with the plant-based alternative instead of chicken in the wrap has been my go-to order for years, but now they tell me that the plant-based alternative is no longer offered. Shame on you, Tropical Smoothie. 👎☹️👎

  I managed a Cafe in Dallas and this location needs major leadership help. Employees shaking and slamming blenders that cost well over 2 grand and stripped the gears, so that tells me they arent following the smoothie recipe. All tickets on screen are red. Waited over 14 mins for 2 kiwi quenchers. Its 6 scoops of 3 items for a double KQ. It should be out in less than 2 mins. Need shift leads.

  Smoothies are always good. I just got a sandwich that's supposed to be hot and it's ice cold. I got it as soon as they finished making it. This happens a lot here. Hot food is hit or miss
