  I really enjoy coming here. This is the only place I come for great service and great. All food is fresh and so fulfilling. I highly recommend this location.

  Food is very good - if they have all the needed ingredients. Take out service is terrible. I've order at least a dozen times on their app and my order was only ready when I arrived on schedule once. Usually you have to stand around near the counter while the staff ignores you to help people ordering in until they ask if you have a pick up order. Then they seem to run around trying to figure out what to do to make the food. I always arrive at least 10 minutes later than when the food is promised, and I almost always have to wait as long if not longer than people walking in and placing orders. The last time I went (and will ever go to this franchise) they were out of pita chips and feta cheese. They did not tell me that when I ordered, but only after they were in the middle of prep and asked me what I wanted to substitute for the Feta. The person prepping my order was dumbfounded when I asked what they would recommend as a substitute for feta...they didn't have an answer. I thanked them and left. Pretty sad that a Mediterranean restaurant wouldn't have feta or pita chips.

  Decent food, but the employees are shockingly incompetent. This isn’t a staffing shortage — it’s a staffing quality problem. The team couldn’t keep up with online orders, moved at a snails pace, and repeatedly handed the wrong bowls to the wrong people. The level of disorganization was unbelievable, and no one seemed remotely concerned about fixing it. Stay away

  Love the food but not sure we will order from this location again. Second time I’ve ordered on the app and waited in store for over 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. They need more staff to expedite the online orders. It shouldn’t take an hour from the time of order to get food.
