  The food is extremely poor for the price and has little value. While it is supposed to be healthy it's often dry overcooked and portions are poor for the price. Services from staff is mediocre with very little care given and I don't blame them as they are mostly over worked and underpaid

  Cava is awesome, right? No Doubts, it's why folks line up for it. What's important is the people that work there, providing the experience. I have been going to the Irmo, SC location once a week for years and the effort Ebonie and her team pays off in the customer-experience. Cava's always busy, but the team takes the time to make you feel welcome and important in the process.

  My server was absolutely so helpfull and did a great job. She was also training a new employee and was so patient. I will be back for sure! The food was delicious and portions generous.

  So the food we actually received was fine, however we were never given our pita chips that we ordered but people after us got theirs right away. Waited 15 minutes or so then went up off to the side of the counter but still within vision of employee to ask if the chips were ready and was completely ignored by the rude cashier girl who definitely saw me. The other girl on the line was fine but the girl on register had a weird attitude. Store was messy too and they were out of many things.

  Rude and slow staff. Food was decent but they were out of cucumbers and pita chips and a few other ingredients. None of the tables had been wiped off. Trash overflowing out of the cans and onto the floor. Customers leaving out of the line because they are slow and out of ingredients.
