    Ordered the steak feta pita. It was everything I expected and more. The portion was just right, flavor was perfect. The wait staff was polite and efficient. Kudos to the management for the experience. Would definately recommend.

    Cava is always really good food, but the employees always have the worst attitude and the drink machines were completely out at 1pm and the fountain drinks did not have carbonation. I told one of the employees and he said "I'm sorry" and walked off. That was it. I don't want to put all of the blame on anyone in particular, but I would have appreciated at least an attempt at fixing the problem. I was sorely disappointed with this Cava and I will not be coming back after this sorry visit

    This location is constantly out of most ingredients. The staff tends to be rude and unwelcoming and also breaks down the drink station an hour before closing. If I were the owner of this location I would insure things change.. just my opinion.

    I went to CAVA at 9 PM on Sunday, and the experience was honestly unacceptable. The customer service was terrible, and they served me brown rice that was so undercooked it was hard to even chew. It was bad enough that I was genuinely worried it might make me sick. No customer should ever have to feel that way. If this is the quality of food and service on Sundays, they shouldn’t be open at that hour at all.

    We walked in, the female associate looked at us, said nothing, and proceeded to ignore us for five more minutes. A patron walked over to report a problem with the food, and the associate huffed with annoyance, walked over to the kitchen area, and yelled for someone. We left. We love Cava in Atlanta, but how does this place have a 4.5 rating??? Management needs to address these issues.
