Got a reuben but they didn't have any sauerkraut but that's not the bad part. I asked for a little more thousand island dressing since they didn't have the sauerkraut and they doused it on there to where the wrapper was covered in it and the sandwich bread was soaked in it. I went through the the drive thru again to bring it to their attention and they said well you said you wanted extra. Thats not the type of response you should give to poor service. Also the people taking my order automatically having an attitude when I go to order is unsettling.

Had an online pick-up and my fries and potato cakes were cold. I had to go back in and have them remade. The staff was helpful but the building was cold and they didnt have the heat lamps on over the fry station.
