  My wife swears Arbys is good becasue they make everything fresh and you will wait in the drive thru lane but its worth it becasue it freshly made. I just got their big bacon cheese burger and the crispy fish sandwich, zero wait, well maybe 2 min. I already new. I got home, I live 1 mile away and both were disgusting and old. That hamburger and fish was made over an hour ago and left on the counter somewhere. $14 and some change to go straight into the trash. I swear, with the cost of fast food as much as it cost to eat in somewhere, if a fast food place would pride themselves on making fresh food to the order, they would steel all the other fast food customers. 1st and last time I will eat at Arby's.

  This restaurant could care less about customers and are stingy with their sauces. Do not go to this place. They usually only have 2 people working and give you sauce you don’t want and act like asking for more offends them and costs them an arm and a leg. Worst customer service ever!

  Ordered 2 sandwiches 1fry. No customers but me. Guy at drive through was Rude. Fry was cold .asked for sauce he acted like that was so hard. Never spoke with Me. If u don't want to work look for another job. So tired of attitudes at drive through. Never seen so many young people that are so rude. Apparently no raising. Worked all my life Never did I treat customers like that. NOBODY cares. Was raised to respect others. Does anyone remember Golden rule? I was thankful to work and did my absolute best to preform on my job whatever I was doing. Don't recommend.
