  I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. Not only do the workers have poor attitudes, we placed our orders and sat down inside. I was eating my food and everything seemed fine at first, until I noticed a 2.5–3 inch moth IN my bowl. Wings, legs, and all. Completely disgusting and unacceptable and I will not be going back. Thankfully they gave us a refund but this shouldn’t even have happened.

  I’ve been coming for past 3 months and the staff and quality of food is why I keep coming back. I’ve watch this place during its busiest hours and the place remains clean and the staffs composure is above great. I e watch the manager I think her name is Ebonie get in and help ease the rush hour stress. Unremarkable service and a delightful environment to sit down and enjoy a meal.

  First time eating here, have been servicing their fire system and extinguishers for 3 years and haven’t slowed down to try yet. Miss Ebonnie was awesome at helping us decipher the menu to fit what flavor profile we were looking for. Needless to say the service, quality and taste of food was phenomenal I’d highly recommend stopping in and giving them a try especially if you’ve never been before! Keep up the amazing work guys!

  Been to a couple cava locations since they moved down south and this location (irmo) has been the fastest service per customer I’ve ever seen. The speed of service was immaculate. The girls up front all had smiles and make me feel welcomed. Best experience thus far.I don’t live on this side of town but I’m willing to drive to this location just for the experience. Thanks cava (irmo)💙

  Last week at 12:00 I made an order for a regular Greek salad on the app. The app said it would be done at 12:15 but when I got to the store it then changed to 12:30. I could see that the restaurant was very busy, so I totally understand the salad taking 30 minutes to make. But when I got home and opened my salad, there was nothing in it, except the arugula mixture and chicken and the dressing. No tzatziki, no hummus, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, no feta…just lettuce and chicken. To say I was upset as an understatement. I Order from cava at least twice a week and just expected to have my salad correct for how much it cost. I understand that sometimes there are new employees working and not understanding the menu. That’s when the management should be watching orders that go out. I’m sure I’m not the only one that day that got cheated on an order. The young man who brought my salad out didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Please do better!
