  Ordered a pizza for my wife to pick up on the way home. She brought it home and realized it was the wrong pizza and my wife could not eat. I had to tell the guy the 2 toppings we wanted 3 times before he got it right on the order, and they still made it wrong. I called to have them remake it and they put me on hold. I finally drove there still on hold for 20 minutes. I was still on hold when I got to the counter. I had taken a picture of the pizza they made wrong to show them, but the lady got snotty with me about why I didn't bring the other pizza back. I told her she just needed to make a new one and not worry about that- for the inconvenience she should make a new pizza and give us a coupon for a 3rd free one for our trouble. She continued to be snotty and say that I was rude. I was firm but not rude. She went to re-make our pizza but her attitude was so bad my wife was worried what they would do to our pizza so I told them to forget about it and we went across the street to little Ceasars. We bought a way better looking pizza for about half the price and it was out the door in about 6 minutes. Too bad. We have been a good customer for that pizza hut over the years. The owner needs to know how badly this was handled.

  My family and I came in to eat and we were the only people in the place. There were women behind the counter who looked up and no one acknowledged us. We went ahead and sat down and waited a few more minutes... No menus, not even a word from employees. I said maybe if I go to the restroom and ask for a menu, it'll get their attention bc at that moment we were even wondering if the dining room was closed. I asked a young guy for a menu. he was polite, but he handed it to me I asked him if the dining room was open. He smiled, said "yes" and went in about his business. We sat there a little while longer and just left. I'm not going to beg for service. I understand if they were busy, but if you can't simply look up and say, "be right with you" there's a problem. The phone wasn't ringing and no one else came in. We went to the House of Pizza instead. I worked in food service and even at waffle House for 10 years, and as busy as I got, I never acted like this. I guess people really don't need a job because they don't act like it. Then when people complain they get called a Karen. I don't know if it was just the crew they had working or if this is common, but I hope no one else has to deal with the rudeness. Like I said , I'm very understanding and I know the struggle, but a little acknowledgement would have been great , instead of making us feel stupid .

  Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Ordered 2 large pizzas. 1 supreme 1 pepperoni new yorker with extra cheese. Supreme has no onion no peppers and almost no pepperoni. Pepperoni was literally paper thin now almost zero cheese let alone extra. And was so dry and tough that as a 20yo it was genuinely painful to chew and so flavorless I had to double check to mach sure I wasn't eating the box the damn thing came in. First time I've eaten pizza hut in 8 years and quickly reminded why....HORRIBLE

  I placed a online order and got confirmation for a delivery time, delivery time came and I called the store and was told there where behind it would be a hour delivery time, I stated I would come get it, I get to the store and they sent someone to deliver it
