  Service so bad I’ll probably never go back! Used the kiosk to order, no one running the register. Long wait. Food was ready and hot. No drinks (2 sodas, 2 shamrock shakes) asked for the drinks and was handed 2 cups. Asked about the shakes and the young black kid was nonverbal. Asked again a few minutes later and got the same response. A few unites after that 2 shakes were brought out, both vanilla and when asked if they were shamrocks (both were white/vanilla) and was told they were. Took a straw for a quick taste and was right. After another several minutes and still no shakes I asked for a manager. After about 20 minutes I finally had my order. The manager did her job the black kid should be FIRED!!!

  Chicken strips 0/10. Very rubbery. Nuggets cold and disgusting. Glad I tried one before giving it to my child. Then no answer when you call for a refund. Terrible experience.

  Im not sure if this is nation wide or not but I've been in three different McDonald's in my area in the last 2 months and all three were horrible. Now let me stress the facilities were clean and well kept. The employees were as friendly as they could be seeing how they were understaffed. My complaint is the automated order and payment kiosks. At all three locations a bottle of water was on the menu to purchase, which I did, but not one had any and had to refund my purchase. Then again we purchased the Shamrock shakes at all 3 locations just to be told they didn't have the means to make them. After speaking with one of the on duty managers, who was very polite and apologetic, said that the ability to list items as sold out or unavailable was taken away by corporate. With all the alternative competitors McDonald's can't afford to lose customers so easily. Once upon a time McDonald's could have served monkey burgers and survived but not any longer. If they don't correct the errors of their ways they are, im afraid, going to disappear.
