  Lady with dreads in the drive thru was very pushy and would not let me finish my order she gave me a price and said pull around

  Was very disappointed. Ordered 6 tacos and 3 burritos, totaling 20$. Was told after I ordered that they had no steak for my taco, so I got chicken instead. Waited about 20 minutes for it, while watching people stand around talking. We got home 3 minutes later and our food was wet, soggy and sloppy. There was no sour cream on my burritos (which I had paid an extra 1.50 for). It wasn't even good to eat. We eat at Taco Bell a good bit but with just moving to this area we went to this location. Very disappointed. Probably won't be back.

  Cashier didn't greet me. Just looked at me after walking up. Syrup was out in drink machine. I waited to ask if they'd mind if I got drink from the drive thru. The taco maker comes up with the bag of food and the cashier is also there. I ask and they both speak at the same time. I say "I'm sorry?" And she says "which one??" The taco maker seems irritated that I'm even asking. I tell her and the cashier gets it. She fills the cup up with Pepsi no ice. And that one is flat as well. Tacos were sloppy, letters old and slimy.

  Every time I come to this location, I never get ice in my drink. And if I do, it’s 5 or less pieces of ice. If my food is wrong/missing, employees argue. I just came back due to a missing item and the worker accused me of lying because she claims she made it. I had to beg to get my item I payed 6 dollars for, which is a robbery because it was bite sized and had little to no toppings on the inside. All of the food is put together half-assed, and so are their attitudes.
