  Update: You absolutely must check your bag before you leave the premises. They constantly, constantly, constantly forget to give you the stuff you paid for. Previously: They take responsibility for their mistakes. Ordered delivery, 20% tip, they left out a $5 biscuit from my order. Manager made it right.

  biscus that I received was very hard they look like they was going to be very nice and delicious And when I start to get ready to eat one it almost got broke my tooth I called the store I reported to one of the managers or the Bojangles team all they can tell you if you come again we'll try to help you with some extra biscuits like that was going to help you after you done bought all that food I spent $31 on food some of the chicken wasn't quite together either it had tasted like it had been up there a few hours too long they supposed to go by temperature and check those biscuits and Chicken around the hours the way the temperature on the food will stay fresh enough to sell each hour make those biscuits regular enough but wash the moistness in the biscuits so they don't dry out and and one price would say $34 one place would say $30 some places to say $22 they only want to throw what they can inside of your sack so quick about the service of a customer service V.C

  It's not the worst Bojangles, but it has numerous issues. I've never once gotten a drive thru order without having to pull into a parking space, they pre-fry too much chicken, and the tea in the lobby is often half sour
